ICETRAX Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality and performance of ICETRAX products. Our warranty includes a 1-Year Limited Product Warranty and, for eligible products, a Lifetime Warranty on Tungsten Spikes.

1-Year Limited Product Warranty

ICETRAX products are covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use, beginning on the original date of purchase.

If an ICETRAX product breaks, fails, or becomes unusable during normal intended use within the one-year warranty period due to a covered defect, ICETRAX may, at its discretion, replace the product or refund the original purchase price.

What’s Covered

The 1-Year Limited Product Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the product to break, fail, or become unusable during normal intended use.

What’s Not Covered

The 1-Year Limited Product Warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect the performance or function of the product
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper use
• Damage caused by using the product for purposes other than its intended use
• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Loss or theft of the product
• Loss or misplacement of removable or replaceable spikes, accessories, or other detachable components

A defect in the product itself, including a defect affecting the proper retention or function of a removable component, may still be considered under the 1-Year Limited Product Warranty.

Lifetime Warranty on Tungsten Spikes

Eligible ICETRAX products equipped with permanently integrated tungsten spikes are also covered by our Lifetime Warranty on Tungsten Spikes.

The permanently integrated tungsten spikes are warranted against premature wear or breakage under normal intended use for the serviceable life of the original ICETRAX product.

For purposes of this warranty, “lifetime” means for as long as the original ICETRAX product remains serviceable and usable for its intended purpose under normal wear and tear. It does not mean the lifetime of the purchaser.

If a covered tungsten spike wears down prematurely or breaks during the serviceable life of the product, ICETRAX may, at its discretion, replace the product or refund the original purchase price.

What’s Not Covered by the Tungsten Spike Warranty

The Lifetime Warranty on Tungsten Spikes does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper use; damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose; damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs; damage to the rubber body, straps, fasteners, or other components after the 1-Year Limited Product Warranty has expired; products that have reached the end of their serviceable life due to normal wear and tear; or removable or replaceable spikes used on other ICETRAX models.

The Lifetime Warranty on Tungsten Spikes applies only to the permanently integrated tungsten spikes on eligible ICETRAX products. It does not extend the one-year warranty covering the remainder of the product.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact ICETRAX Customer Support and provide:

• Your name and contact information
• Proof of purchase showing the original purchase date
• The product name or model
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the product and the reported defect

We may request additional information, photographs, or other documentation if needed to evaluate the claim.

If your claim is approved, ICETRAX will determine, at its discretion, whether to provide a replacement product or refund the original purchase price.

You may be asked to stop using or dispose of the defective product. In some cases, we may request that the product be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

Additional Terms

Warranty coverage applies only to genuine ICETRAX products.

Any replacement product provided under warranty does not restart or extend the original 1-Year Limited Product Warranty. The Lifetime Warranty on Tungsten Spikes remains subject to the serviceable life of the original product and the terms described above.

This warranty does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
