Shipping policy
Shipping destinations
ICETRAX ships orders to customers in Canada and the United States through icetrax.ca.
Orders shipped to Canadian addresses are fulfilled from our Canadian warehouses, while orders shipped to United States addresses are fulfilled from our United States warehouses. This means your order is shipped domestically within the country where it will be delivered.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after your order has shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier selected, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping rates
Standard shipping: CA$10.00
Free standard shipping: Available when either of the following conditions is met:
- The order subtotal is over $40.00; or
- The order contains at least 2 eligible products.
Free shipping applies to eligible Standard shipping orders only. If an order does not meet both conditions, the standard shipping rate applies. Available shipping options and any applicable charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Carrier selection
Our warehouse selects the courier for each order based on the best available option for your delivery address, service availability, and estimated delivery time. The courier may vary from one order to another.
Order confirmation and tracking
After you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send a second email with tracking information when tracking is available.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.
